Langley Heath Farm

Langley Heath Farm is located on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield. The project was a full and careful restoration of a grade II listed tenant farmhouse, dating back to the 17th century. The property needed significant structural work alongside a full modernisation, whilst still retaining the original features and character of the building.

The building now has increased energy efficiency with the latest solar panels, thermally efficient underfloor heating and high levels of insulation throughout. Yet it still keeps its 17th century charm with the original internal doors and frames, structural oak beams, 18th century oak planked floors and traditional materials and workmanship used throughout its restoration.
